FILTERING EXPERIMENTS IN PHOTOSHOP

                While i was exploring Photoshop, I accidentally experiments some of its unique features, and I've noticed that they produce a better visual effects.  As you can see the picture above, you will think at first that  the procedures in doing this is very hard. But actually its not, it is very simple that i only experiments and used some filtering effects in Photoshop. The effect I apply will show some blurring and like heavenly effect.
